Resident and non-resident individuals over the age of 18 can invest, between November 7 and 14, in FIDELIS government bonds, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. These bonds offer tax-free interest rates of up to 7.70% in lei and 6.30% in euros, with a nominal value of 100 lei or 100 euros. The minimum subscription threshold is 5,000 lei for the issues in lei and 1,000 euros for those in euros.
A special feature of this edition is the tranche dedicated to blood donors, who benefit from a preferential interest rate of 7.95% per year, with a minimum subscription threshold of 500 lei. The November FIDELIS edition marks the 10th edition of 2025 and the 20th since the launch of the campaign "Romania has the blood of a rocker, now also of an investor." So far, the nine FIDELIS editions of 2025 have attracted investments of over 18.32 billion lei, involving nearly 30,000 blood donors.
