The FIDELIS government bonds are available in lei and euros, with interest rates between 6.95% and 7.70% for the issues in lei and between 3.90% and 6.30% for those in euros. A special tranche, dedicated to blood donors, will offer an interest rate of 7.95% for the bonds issued in lei, with a maturity of 2 years. Donors benefit from a reduced minimum subscription threshold of 500 lei. Additionally, no fees are charged for subscription, and the income from interest is tax-exempt. The FIDELIS program has attracted investments of over 59.33 billion lei, also supporting blood donation through preferential conditions for investor-donors.
