The November 2025 edition of the FIDELIS government bond program had a result of 1.3 billion lei, demonstrating the interest of individual investors. In the seven days of subscription, 13,864 orders were recorded, with a total value of 477.60 million lei and 164.71 million euros. However, interest was 39.85% lower compared to the October edition, when subscriptions were 428.73 million euros.

Investors preferred euro-denominated bonds, which accounted for 63.67% of the volume. The most popular were the bonds maturing in 10 years, offering a yield of 6.30%. On the other hand, lei-denominated bonds attracted interest for short maturities, with significant subscriptions for the issues maturing in 2027 and 2029.

Additionally, the issue dedicated to blood donors had notable participation, attracting 88.87 million lei. Since the launch of the FIDELIS Program, total investments have exceeded 60.62 billion lei, with a significant contribution from donors.
