The Ministry of Finance has announced the launch of the Fidelis 11 program, which will take place between December 5 and 12, offering attractive interest rates for government bonds denominated in lei and euros. Individuals, both residents and non-residents, over the age of 18, can subscribe through partner banks.

Interest rates in lei range from 6.55% for a 2-year maturity to 7.50% for 6 years, and for blood donors, the special interest rate reaches 7.55%. In euros, the interest rates are up to 6.20% for a 10-year maturity.

Blood donors benefit from a reduced minimum subscription threshold of 500 lei. The bonds are tax-exempt and offer flexibility in portfolio management, with the possibility of selling before maturity. The nominal value is 100 lei for the issuance in lei and 100 euros for the one in euros.
