The Ministry of Finance has announced the launch of the Fidelis 11 program, which will take place between December 5 and 12, offering interest rates of up to 7.55% for issues in lei and 6.20% for those in euros. Individuals, both residents and non-residents, over the age of 18, can subscribe through partner banks such as BT Capital Partners, BCR, BRD, UniCredit Bank, and TradeVille. A special tranche for blood donors will have an interest rate of 7.55% and a reduced minimum subscription threshold of 500 lei. The Fidelis government bonds are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, and the income from them is tax-exempt, providing flexibility in portfolio management. The nominal value is 100 lei or 100 euros, and the minimum subscription threshold is 5,000 lei or 1,000 euros.
