In the first eight months of 2025, the retail trade turnover volume increased by 2.1% compared to the previous year, due to sales of non-food products and fuels. However, in August, a significant decrease of 7.2% was recorded compared to the previous month, influenced by the decline in fuel and non-food product sales. Compared to August 2024, the decrease was 4%, with a reduction in sales of food and non-food products.
