This growth was supported by capital repair works (+50.4%) and new constructions (+7%). However, maintenance and current repair works decreased by 2.7%. By types of construction, significant increases were recorded in engineering constructions (+11.8%), residential buildings (+10.1%), and non-residential buildings (+5.5%). In contrast, in August 2025, the volume of construction works decreased dramatically by 24.7% compared to the previous month, with notable declines in maintenance and current repair works (-30.6%) and new constructions (-22.6%). These fluctuations suggest a complex dynamic in the construction sector, influenced by seasonality and economic conditions.
