Graffiti Plus (GRF+), a communication consulting agency in Romania, recently signed a funding contract through the PNRR program for listing on the AeRo market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The company will launch a private funding round aimed at attracting capital to accelerate growth starting in 2026. GRF+ is among the first companies to take advantage of the listing opportunity offered by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The Chairman of the Board, Bogdan Tomoiagă, emphasized the importance of this process for future issuers.
In the upcoming period, GRF+ will finalize the necessary steps for the funding offer and will open the shareholding to "early adopters" investors. The company estimates a turnover of over 10 million euros by the end of 2025 and will focus on three strategic directions: sports marketing, pharma & healthcare, and data-driven influencer marketing. CEO Irina Ciocan-Stănescu mentioned that the new capital will support technology adoption and data integration.
