The recently published order of the Minister of Finance creates the premises for a collaboration between the Chamber of Tax Consultants and the Ministry of Finance.

This approach aims to ensure a uniform interpretation of tax and accounting legislation, reducing the possibility of different interpretations of the laws at the level of ANAF. The collaboration will allow tax consultants to report problems of interpretation or non-uniform application of the law, which will then be analyzed by the CCF and forwarded to the Ministry of Finance or to the central ANAF.
