ANAF will soon launch a conversational virtual assistant, named ANA, based on artificial intelligence, announced by Rodica Duță, deputy general director of the General Directorate for Taxpayer Assistance. The chatbot will be integrated with a contact center, allowing the transfer of conversations to human agents when artificial intelligence cannot respond. Additionally, ANAF is developing a video interaction project to facilitate communication between taxpayers and tax officials, eliminating the need to travel to the counter.

Rodica Duță emphasized that the Virtual Private Space (SPV) will be improved, currently having approximately 3.7 million users. ANAF aims to become an efficient tax administration, adapted to modern technologies, continuing to develop digital services to meet the needs of taxpayers.
