A 49-year-old Romanian was arrested in Italy after being caught with a knife on the street while being in a state of intoxication.

A 49-year-old Romanian man was arrested in Como, Italy, after being caught walking down the street with a knife around 2:00 AM. The police were alerted by a passerby who noticed the man's suspicious behavior.

The agents quickly intervened and located him on Via Garibaldi, where they found that he was under the influence of alcohol. Following a search, a 21-centimeter knife was discovered and confiscated on the spot.

The Romanian has a significant criminal record, with previous convictions for property-related offenses and violations of expulsion orders. After the investigation, he was reported at liberty to the Public Prosecutor's Office and received a fine for being intoxicated, being required to leave the area and prohibited from returning for 48 hours.
