A woman and her boyfriend were detained by prosecutors in Timiș after she falsely claimed to be a cosmetic doctor and performed minimally invasive aesthetic procedures. The man allegedly assisted her in this regard.

A woman is suspected of having, with the help of her boyfriend, falsely claimed the title of aesthetic doctor, during the period 2024-2025, and performed minimally invasive aesthetic procedures (lipolysis, jawline contouring, cheek augmentation or volumization, lip enhancement through hyaluronic acid injection/botulinum toxin, correction of nasolabial folds/dark circles/periorbital areas). The procedures took place in locations within the municipality of Arad and in the commune of Dumbrăvița, Timiș County.
