The Government Emergency Ordinance introduces significant changes to the Police Statute, including rules on tattoos. The law re-evaluates the professional master's degree, regulates the granting of professional ranks to graduates of the Police Academy with a bachelor's degree and introduces the possibility of applying the 'warning' measure as an administrative measure with a preventive role. It also reduces the time limit on the ban on changing employment relationships from 5 to 3 years.
