The Minister of Labor, Florin Manole, said that the dissatisfaction of pension fund employees is justified, given that the reduction in bonuses has affected their income. Although he ruled out the risk of a work stoppage, he stressed the importance of social dialog. Mr. Manole explained that employees face difficult working conditions, working with damaged documents. He also criticized perceptions about budget workers, arguing that not all of them earn exorbitant incomes.
