The Infotraffic Center of the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police informs that, on Sunday afternoon, traffic values are high on the routes from Constanța and the Prahova Valley towards the Capital. There is a traffic jam on DN 1 Brașov - Ploiești, between Predeal and Sinaia, as well as on A2, in the direction from Constanța to Bucharest, especially in the area of the locality Valu lui Traian. Additionally, congestion is reported on DN 39, DN 7 Pitești - Sibiu, as well as on other road arteries. To avoid waiting times, drivers are advised to opt for alternative routes, such as the A3 Highway or DN 71. Infotraffic also recommends increasing the safety distance, avoiding risky overtaking, and showing respect for other road users. It is essential for drivers not to drive when tired or under the influence of alcohol.
