Florin Manole, the Minister of Labor, stated that a budget will be available to support young people looking for their first job, offering them the opportunity to be employed on a permanent basis. Young people will receive a grant of 1,000 lei in the first 12 months, and the amount will increase to 1,250 lei in the following year, provided that the employer retains the young employee for at least 18 months after the subsidy period. Additionally, mothers with multiple children will benefit from support of 2,250 lei to return to work, for a period of 12 months. These measures are part of projects funded by European funds, aimed at facilitating the integration of young people and mothers into the labor market.
