Kaupo Rosin, the director of the Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service, stated in an interview with The Telegraph that Russia is facing increasing pressures both on the military front and in the economy.

The human losses suffered by the Russian army exceed its recruitment capacity, and Ukrainian attacks on oil infrastructure are affecting Moscow's revenues, according to him.

Rosin emphasized that voices in the power circles of Moscow are calling on Putin to rethink the war strategy, but stopping the conflict could be seen as a "weakness."

Additionally, Estonian services estimate a 50% probability of a new mobilization in Russia. Rosin warned that Russia will not launch a conventional military attack on a NATO state, but threats of sabotage and cyberattacks from the GRU remain a major concern for Europe.

In the context of peace negotiations, CIA Director John Ratcliffe proposed a trilateral meeting between the leaders of the USA, Russia, and Ukraine to relaunch discussions.
