Start the applications in the IVF Program 2026 for couples and single women. Who can benefit and what documents are required.

The Ministry of Labor has announced that applications for the in vitro fertilization (IVF) program 2026 can be submitted exclusively online, until November 15, 2026, through the platform https://up-comunitate.ro, active since August 17. Married or unmarried couples and single women who meet the eligibility criteria, including Romanian citizenship and health insurance, can apply. The age of the female applicant must be between 24 and 42 years. Individuals who have received financial support this year from other similar programs cannot apply. Beneficiaries will receive two digital vouchers worth a total of 15,000 lei for medications and IVF procedures.

The program, approved on April 23, aims to support infertile couples and single women, with the objective of increasing birth rates in Romania, where infertility affects 10-15% of couples of reproductive age.
