During the holiday season, many drivers in the Capital choose to decorate their cars to get into the Christmas spirit, but this practice can be dangerous. Police warn that unapproved lighting installations can cause accidents, as they may detach while driving, and their light can be confused with police signals, confusing other drivers.

Additionally, the use of sprays that imitate snow on the windshield or rear window reduces visibility, increasing the risk of accidents. Modifications made to cars during this period are illegal, and drivers who make them risk fines of over 1,600 lei and may remain without their registration certificate. The police emphasize the importance of safety in traffic, even during the holiday season.
