Over 100 fines were imposed in the first two days of the Electric Castle festival, regarding offenses such as lack of RCA and driving under the influence of drugs.

In the first two days of the Electric Castle festival, the Cluj County Police Inspectorate imposed 113 contraventional sanctions, amounting to approximately 70,000 lei, on the access roads to the event.

The sanctions were imposed for offenses such as lack of RCA insurance, driving under the influence of drugs, and non-compliance with traffic rules. The police retained 14 driving licenses, 13 registration certificates, and two sets of license plates.

Some drivers committed offenses, being caught driving under the influence of psychoactive substances or having their driving rights suspended. The actions of the traffic agents will continue throughout the festival, aiming to ensure safe road traffic and prevent accidents.

The police recommend that traffic participants respect traffic rules and use applications for traffic monitoring.
