Italian skier Matteo Franzoso, 25 years old, died on Monday after falling during a training session in Chile on Saturday, announced the Italian Winter Sports Federation (Fisi).
Ten Italian skiers gathered at the beginning of September in Chile to prepare for the upcoming ski season, considering the Winter Olympics in Italy, which will take place in February in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo.
