Ilie Dumitrescu officially returns to Romanian football! What role will he have at FRF

Ilie Dumitrescu, the former great Romanian footballer, is returning to football! He has reached an agreement with the Romanian Football Federation (FRF) and will be involved in several projects. 

The Romanian Football Federation is trying to offer all support to young footballers and will initiate a process to establish a new counseling department.

The former striker will be involved in a second project alongside the Federation. The FRF will apply again to host a Europa League final, and Ilie Dumitrescu will be the ambassador for the final act, if Bucharest secures the hosting.

The collaboration between the FRF and Ilie Dumitrescu will also expand in another area. The former international will be the organizer of an annual event in Bucharest, where he will invite important coaches from Europe to give lectures to coaches with PRO and A licenses from Romania.
