Edi Iordănescu, a Romanian coach, was appointed to the bench of Legia Warsaw on June 16, but ended his collaboration after 23 matches, with 11 wins, 6 draws, and 6 losses. After the separation, Iordănescu received 50,000 euros, although his contract included a clause of 400,000 euros. It seems that the coach focused more on his assistants than on the total amount. Currently, he is close to signing with a team from the Gulf, already having a verbal agreement of 90%. Iordănescu described his experience at Legia as "unique" and thanked the club for the opportunity, highlighting the team's achievements, such as winning the Polish Supercup and qualifying for the Conference League group stage.
