The president of USR announced that the party will hold discussions with the designated prime minister Eugen Tomac, but emphasized that it will not accept any form of government that involves PSD or associated formations. Fritz stated that USR enters negotiations with clear positions and well-defined political limits, categorically rejecting collaboration with PSD.

He highlighted the importance of including USR ministers in the new government, mentioning their competence and commitment to reform. Fritz emphasized that reforms require political accountability, not just technocratic intentions, and called on citizens to get involved in politics, inviting them to join USR.
