In a post on Facebook, Cătălin Drulă emphasized that PSD does not have the authority to decide on the local elections in Bucharest, recalling that there is a law that guarantees this right. He criticized the statements of Sorin Grindeanu, who suggested that the government does not have to respect the law, and recalled the importance of respecting the elections in order to maintain public trust. Drulă confirmed that local elections will be held in November, in accordance with the law, stressing that it is a moral and democratic obligation.
