The interim Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Tanczos Barna, stated that UDMR will not accept the formation of a majority in Parliament with AUR, considering that any other option is possible. He noted that a PSD-AUR coalition is becoming increasingly plausible and emphasized that UDMR could support a minority government led by PSD, but without AUR.

Tanczos mentioned that he is open to various political combinations, including a government around PNL. He also highlighted that there are divergent opinions within PSD regarding collaboration with AUR. The minister emphasized the importance of forming a stable government to overcome the current situation of political instability.
