PNL has announced the list of the seven proposed ministers, including Mircea Abrudean for Interior and Alexandru Nazare for Finance

Prime Minister-designate Siegfried Mureșan will submit the government program and the complete Cabinet list to Parliament on Saturday. The list will include both the PNL nominees and the ministers designated by USR and UDMR. The investiture vote is expected at the beginning of next week, by Wednesday at the latest.

Mureșan told the PNL leadership that the parliamentary procedure must be completed quickly and said he was going to Parliament to demonstrate the responsibility and seriousness of the parties involved, as well as to ensure that Romanians could see each party’s position.

PNL has proposed seven ministers for the future government. Mircea Abrudean is expected to become deputy prime minister and Minister of the Interior, Alexandru Nazare is slated to become Minister of Finance, and Raluca Turcan is slated to become Minister of Labor, Family, Youth and Social Solidarity. The list also includes Oana Gheorghiu for Health, Dragoș Pîslaru for European Investments and Projects, Mihai Dimian for Education and Research, and Sebastian Burduja for Energy.

The PNL leadership also decided to establish internal analysis and evaluation committees for the branches in Galați, Gorj and Ialomița, as well as for the Liberal Student Clubs.
