Ilie Bolojan said that, in his opinion, reducing the number of MPs from 450 to 300 would not bring significant changes. He emphasized that although the large number of MPs generates discontent, the country's real problems cannot be solved simply by reducing the number of MPs. Bolojan admitted a decline in political quality and emphasized the need to support professionals in politics, as well as the need to reduce the funds allocated to parties in order to regain citizens' trust.
