President Nicușor Dan explained his absence from the Economic Forum in Davos, stating that Romanians voted for a change in 2025, wanting to avoid actions of form. He emphasized that Romania does not have effective strategies to turn international visits into constructive opportunities. Nicușor Dan mentioned that he regularly meets with European leaders, but criticized the lack of a clear strategy for developing economic relations, such as a partnership with India. The president highlighted that Romania does not have well-defined plans in many areas, including in the Caspian region, and stressed the need to develop solid strategies before participating in such international events.
