The interim president of the PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, commented on Dominic Fritz's statements, emphasizing that it is not mandatory for the rejection of a law by the Constitutional Court to lead to the fall of the Government. Grindeanu argued that not all proposals need to be constitutional and that, in the case where a law does not pass Parliament, the prime minister does not have to resign. He suggested that there may be improvements to the body of the law, which can be discussed and approved later.
