The Constitutional Court of Romania will discuss on Tuesday the complaint submitted by the S.O.S. Romania Party regarding the appointment of Mihai Busuioc as a judge of the Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR), which was approved last week by the Senate plenary with 79 votes in favor and 36 against, Busuioc replacing Marian Enache, whose term of office expires on July 12. CCR judges must have a higher legal education and at least 18 years in the field.
