The Alliance for the Union of Romanians has submitted four complaints to the Constitutional Court against the packages of laws imposed by the assumption of responsibility of the Bolojan Government, accusing the lack of parliamentary debate.

AUR accuses the Bolojan Government of violating the principles of the rule of law by adopting laws without democratic consultation. AUR representatives believe that invoking urgency is an institutional lie, emphasizing that economic and health issues are not recent. They hope that the judges of the Constitutional Court will reject the projects, warning that Romanian democracy must not be compromised by abusive legislative measures.
