The designated Prime Minister, Adrian Veştea, presented on Monday in Parliament the mission of his Government, emphasizing that rebuilding trust is essential for society. He highlighted the economic and social challenges facing Romania, mentioning that the distrust between citizens and the state is a major problem. Veştea stated that it is not a lack of resources or capable people, but rather trust, which must be earned through work and results.

His main objective will be to unite society around a common development project, focusing on stability, investment, and attracting European funds. He promised to respect Parliament and promote institutional dialogue, emphasizing the importance of reforms for the future of the country.

Veştea concluded by stressing that every decision will prioritize improving the lives of citizens.
