Adrian Cocoș, deputy mayor of Sector 3 since February 2024, was elected following the vote in the Local Council and is considered a close associate of mayor Robert Negoiță, who is under judicial control. Cocoș had a controversial academic path, having a grade of 2.70 in mathematics at the Baccalaureate, and later obtained a diploma as a technician for detection and access control systems at the private university Artifex.

He entered politics in 2016, running for the Local Council, and was associated with a company that sells brand clothes at reduced prices. According to his wealth declaration from 2025, Cocoș owns two apartments but has no cars or bank accounts, with an annual income of approximately 23,296 lei. His wife had an annual income of nearly 43,000 lei.
