Brovdi emphasized that these outages are not frightening, but merely inconvenient, and assured that drones will help quickly adapt the situation. His statements came after the Moscow region reported massive power outages attributed to drone attacks.

Additionally, the Ukrainian military intelligence service (HUR) confirmed the strike on a strategic fuel pipeline near Moscow, affecting an important artery that transports fuel from refineries. The attack destroyed the three main lines of the Koltsevoy pipeline, having a significant impact on military logistics and the Russian economy. HUR described the strike as a 'serious blow' to Russia.
