Ukrainian Minister of Economy, Oleksi Sobolev, announced that Ukrainian officials and representatives of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation will make field visits to identify investment projects based on the mineral agreement with Washington.

The signed agreement between Ukraine and the United States provides preferential access to mining projects in Ukraine in exchange for American investments. The Ukrainian Minister of Economy, Oleksi Sobolev, announced that teams will conduct field visits to select three pilot projects in the next 18 months. Revenues from mining operations will be shared, and the joint investment fund will support not only mining but also energy and infrastructure. Ukraine possesses essential minerals for various industries, including defense and green technology.
