The United States has offered Denmark anti-drone equipment to ensure the security of European summits, after several suspicious drones flew over Danish territory, including military areas. These incidents led to the closure of airports, including the one in Copenhagen. Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen accused Russia of threats to Europe's security. Denmark has decided to close its airspace to civilian drones and to increase the security level for energy infrastructures.
