Antonio Guterres, the UN Secretary-General, welcomed the announcement that the United States and Iran have agreed on a peace deal, describing this moment as an essential step towards the peaceful resolution of the conflict. The UN spokesperson emphasized the importance of this agreement, which has also been praised by leaders from around the world.

The Prime Minister of Japan, Sanae Takaichi, expressed hope that free navigation through the Strait of Hormuz will be ensured and that a final agreement on Iran's nuclear issue will be reached. Additionally, the Australian Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese, mentioned that the agreement could lead to lasting peace and stabilize vital trade corridors essential for the global economy. Winston Peters, New Zealand's Foreign Minister, characterized the agreement as constructive and an important step in reducing tensions in a region crucial for global economic security.

In Europe, France, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom also welcomed the peace agreement, calling for the urgent reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
