The new law adopted by the Moldovan legislature provides for the establishment of an Anti-Corruption College subordinated to the Chisinau Court, dedicated to prosecuting criminal cases against high-ranking officials. The College will analyze cases with significant damages, with guarantees of independence for magistrates. The Central Court of Appeal will also have specialized panels for appeals.
