Mark Rutte, NATO Secretary General, has issued a warning to the leaders of China, India and Brazil, calling on them to stop economic collaboration with Russia to prevent severe US sanctions. Rutte emphasized that these countries should persuade Vladimir Putin to participate in peace talks in Ukraine. He noted that if this collaboration continues, 100% secondary sanctions will be imposed. The Chinese Foreign Ministry rejected these pressures, reaffirming the partnership with Russia.
