Donald Tusk, the Prime Minister of Poland, warned that Russia could attack any European capital, including London, if it deploys hypersonic ballistic missiles in Belarus or Kaliningrad. Tusk emphasized that the threat is global, considering Russia's advanced technology. In discussions with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Tusk learned that Ukraine is prepared to continue fighting against the Russian invasion for another two or three years, but is concerned about the long-term effects of the war. Tusk also mentioned that the invasion affects not only Ukraine but also the Russian economy, but warned that internal destabilization in Moscow could lead to increased aggression from Vladimir Putin. Tusk insisted on European solidarity with Ukraine and rejected the idea of making territorial concessions. He emphasized that the United Kingdom should not delude itself into thinking it is out of danger, given the coordinated attacks by Russia. Tusk concluded that Europe is facing a new reality, where threats are more acute than ever.
