In a meeting at the White House, Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed to end their decades-long conflict, emphasizing the opening of trade and diplomatic ties. Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinian nominated Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize, praising his mediation efforts. The agreement also includes the creation of a transit zone between Azerbaijan and its Nahicevan enclave, promising a new era of cooperation in the Caucasus.
