The National Alliance of Student Organizations in Romania (ANOSR) expresses its support for the involvement of students in the local decision-making process, promoting a modern community adapted to the needs of citizens. ANOSR has sent candidates for the position of general mayor of Bucharest a series of proposals, accompanied by a letter of commitment, requesting the assumption of student claims. Among ANOSR's proposals are the consultation of students, transparency in decisions, digitalization, improvement of public transport, funding for youth activities, accessibility of services for young people with disabilities, as well as support for entrepreneurship and employability. The letter was sent to the majority of candidates, except for two for whom contact information was not available. ANOSR brings together students from 20 university centers and is the legitimate representative of Romanian students at the European level.
