Buzoianu stated that, after 2 years of implementing the PNRR, many projects under the Ministry of Environment are at 0% progress, with significant losses, including in the Danube Delta and at Apele Române. Almost a third of the projects are affected, but those with over 30% implementation will be saved through a governmental memorandum. There are issues with the procurement for waste containers, which are blocking the progress of voluntary contribution center projects. Buzoianu emphasizes the importance of balancing the control of abuses and the efficiency of centralizing procurements.
