The deal could exceed €270 million. P3 owns the P3 Bucharest A1 logistics park, strategically located next to the A1 highway, with important clients such as Carrefour, eMAG, Altex. Two potential buyers have expressed interest in the acquisition: real estate developer CTP and investment fund Lion's Head Investments.
