Studium Green, controlled by entrepreneur Dorin Bob, has completed a transaction of 17 million euros for the sale of 157,000 square meters of land in Jilava to the Altex group and the Austrian retailer mömax (XXXLutz). The lands will be integrated with the lots already owned by Altex, forming the basis for the largest retail park in southern Bucharest, with a total estimated footprint of 200,000 square meters.

Studium Green will continue to participate in the project by developing HoReCa facilities. Dorin Bob also owns a 23,000 square meter plot nearby, where complementary functions are being analyzed. The project will include medical, educational, cultural, and entertainment services, as well as a roundabout on DN5, built from its own funds to facilitate access. Studium Green is an active real estate developer in Romania, with residential and commercial projects, known for energy efficiency and sustainability solutions.
