<p>Simona Bucura-Oprescu said the on-air bonus should be set as a fixed amount, rather than as a percentage of gross salary, and reflect the employee's working conditions. Currently, the bonus varies between 5-15%, with a maximum of 1,500 lei. This change would aim to better link the bonus to job-specific risk factors.
