An 18-year-old girl from Bucharest was transported against her will by her former partner, aged 21, from Mureș County. She managed to ask for help from the employees of a gas station in Predeal, who immediately called the emergency service 112. The police arrived quickly at the scene and found her in a state of fear, claiming that the man had locked the car doors and taken her mobile phone.
The two had met to discuss their previous relationship, but a misunderstanding led to the restriction of the young woman's freedom. After the police intervention, the man was detained for 24 hours, and a temporary protection order was issued against him, considering the imminent risk of violence. The investigation continues under the coordination of the case prosecutor to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
