In the first days of the week, the weather will be predominantly warm, with temperatures reaching up to 32 degrees Celsius in the western and southern regions. Florinela Georgescu, director of ANM forecasting, stated that atmospheric instability will be minimal, with showers expected in the second part of the days, especially in hilly and mountainous areas, but without significant amounts of water. Wind intensifications are possible in the southwest of the country.
By the middle of the week, a brief cooling of the weather is expected, with temperatures not exceeding 28 degrees, and more frequent rains. Towards the end of the week, temperatures will return to values between 24 and 32 degrees. Additionally, a new heat wave is expected in Europe, which could influence the weather in Romania in the second half of July, with possible heatwave temperatures. ANM has issued a one-month forecast, indicating high values for the upcoming period.
