Vlad Pascu was on trial for manslaughter after he crashed his car into a group of young people, killing two and injuring others.

The accident revealed shocking details, as Vlad Pascu was stopped by the police twice on the day of the accident, without being tested for drug use although drugs were found in his car. The case is to be tried by the Mangalia Magistrate's Court, and he was recently also indicted for drug trafficking and drug use.
